Being With Nature
Nature is peaceful. It is a place where you can be stress free. There are no struggles around you, nor any of your worries. You can go out into nature to get a breath of fresh air. You don't have to even think about anything, just sit in silence, and relax.
My name is Maggie McDonald, I grew up in Washington Court House, Ohio with my mom, dad, and two sisters. I don't have much experience doing what I have explained in the paragraph above. Except for a few times, Washington Court House was a very small town with not much around it but corn fields. My family owns a feed mill out in the country, right beside the mill is railroad tracks. As a kid, I can remember walking the tracks for hours. I would walk, then take a break and just relax and look out at the open fields. It was something I took for granted at the time, but now that I look back on my experience, growing up in the middle of nowhere really shaped me into who I am today. My experiences from my past have shaped my thoughts and feelings about nature to this day. I believe nature is one of the most important things in our lives. We would die without nature. You can find true happiness if you take a little time out of your day to just sit back and take in the fresh air. Most people are to caught up in their daily lives they forget what else is out there. Nature may seem like a little thing at times, but it makes life changing differences.
